Here's
a photo of the outboard rib. I potted in an aluminum spacer so as
to not crush the rib when tightening.

Aileron
before being closed. They were both closed on a flat table.
The flaps will be closed on the trailing edge board to match the ailerons.

are my counterweights. The one on the left is after "shaping."
I removed almost 30% of the original lead and it's still probably too heavy.
It also fits better! After painting the aileron, we'll see how much
more needs to come off.
